As your second link shows, Langnese uses the same logo as the Australian brand Streets - the same new one, and I remember this one with the red stripes and blue oval from my childhood too! Yum - Streets icecream in tins, as well as paddle pops, splices, hearts and cornettos on sticks and individual paper wrappers :-)
